See something wrong? Use the Report option on any listing or profile — reports go to our moderation team, who can take down listings or block accounts. You can also block a user to stop them from contacting you. When in doubt, report it and stop the transaction.

What does a "Verified Seller" badge mean?

A Verified Seller has submitted identity details (such as a government ID) that our team reviewed and approved. The blue Verified badge appears on their storefront and listings. Verification is one of several trust signals — always also check ratings, reviews, and responsiveness.

How do I buy safely on FixedZones?

Meet in a public, well-lit place for local pickups. Inspect the item fully before paying. Confirm the price and payment method with the seller in advance. Prefer sellers with a Verified badge, good ratings, and a fast response time. Never pay in advance for an item you have not seen.

How do I know a seller is trustworthy?

Look at their trust score and badges (Verified, Top Rated), their star rating and number of reviews, how many deals they have completed, how quickly they usually respond, and how long they have been a member. All of these appear on the listing and storefront.

How do I spot and avoid scams?

Be cautious of prices that seem too good to be true, sellers who pressure you to pay immediately or off-platform, requests for advance payment or gift cards, and refusal to meet in person or show the item. If something feels wrong, stop and report the listing.

How do I report a suspicious listing or user?

Use the Report option on any listing or profile. Reports go to our moderation team, who review them and can take down listings or block accounts. You can also block a user to stop them from contacting you.

Does FixedZones handle payments or refunds for deals?

Most local deals are settled directly between buyer and seller (cash, UPI, or bank transfer) at pickup — FixedZones is not a party to those payments. Any paid platform services (such as featured listings) are governed by our Payment and Refund policies.
