• Use clear, high-quality images (minimum 3 photos)
• Show product from multiple angles
• Use good lighting and plain backgrounds
• Include photos of any defects or wear (for used items)
• No watermarks or promotional text on images

Product Descriptions:

• Provide accurate, detailed descriptions
• Include brand, model, size, color, and specifications
• Mention condition (new/used) clearly
• List any included accessories or warranties
• Be honest about defects or limitations

3. Pricing Guidelines

• Research similar products to set competitive prices
• Be transparent about final pricing (include all costs)
• Clearly state if price is negotiable
• Offer reasonable prices - overpricing hurts your reputation
• Consider offering bundle discounts for multiple purchases

4. Communication Best Practices

• Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
• Be professional, polite, and helpful
• Provide your contact number for serious buyers
• Answer questions honestly and completely
• Don't commit to what you can't deliver

5. Delivery & Pickup

Pickup:

• Arrange meetings in safe, public locations
• Be punctual for agreed meeting times
• Bring the exact product shown in photos
• Allow buyer to inspect before payment

Delivery (if offered):

• Clearly state delivery charges and areas covered
• Pack items securely to prevent damage
• Provide tracking information if applicable
• Deliver within promised timeframes

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on FixedZones:

• Illegal or stolen goods
• Counterfeit or fake products
• Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
• Adult content or services
• Drugs or controlled substances
• Live animals (without proper permits)
• Items that violate intellectual property rights

Violating these rules will result in immediate account suspension.

8. Account Policies

Consequences of Violations:
