Important: FixedZones is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. Refund and return policies are set by individual sellers. Always confirm the seller's policy before making a purchase.
1. Platform Role
FixedZones acts as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. We do not process payments or handle product returns directly. All transactions and refunds are managed between buyers and sellers.
2. Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers must clearly state their return/refund policy in product listings
- Sellers should honor the policies they advertise
- Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions and photos
- Sellers should respond to buyer inquiries within 24-48 hours
3. Buyer Guidelines
Before Purchase:
- Contact the seller to confirm their return/refund policy
- Ask about product condition, warranty, and guarantees
- Save all communication with the seller
- Request additional photos or details if needed
After Purchase:
- Inspect the product immediately upon receipt
- Document any issues with photos and timestamps
- Contact the seller within their specified return window
- Keep all receipts, invoices, and proof of purchase
4. Common Return Scenarios
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact the seller immediately with photo/video evidence. Most sellers will offer replacement or refund for damaged goods.
Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive the wrong product, notify the seller within 24 hours. The seller should arrange for exchange or refund.
Changed Mind / Not as Expected
Returns due to change of mind depend entirely on the seller's policy. Some sellers may not accept these returns, so always confirm beforehand.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with a seller regarding refunds:
- First, attempt to resolve directly with the seller
- Document all communications and save evidence
- If unresolved, contact FixedZones support at support@fixedzones.com
- We will mediate and review the case based on provided evidence
- Our decision will be based on platform guidelines and fairness
6. Platform Fees (If Applicable)
FixedZones currently charges zero commission on transactions. In case we introduce any fees in the future, refunds of platform fees will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

- Always meet in public places for local pickups
- Inspect products before paying
- Use secure payment methods
- Keep records of all transactions
- Report suspicious sellers to our support team
